The City of Saint John and NBSR established a No horn crossing on the line that connects to the port, watching NBSR heading to the port with a train of containers, the engineer laid on the horn big time. not sure why but was unusually funny. great work.

In Ireland they wouldn't have this. We have barriers and lights along a normal 2 lane road and there wouldn't be a barrier across a 4 or more lane dual carriageway or motorway. They'd have a bridge system under or over the road for the railway, depending on the lie of the land, as the railway infrastructure would have been there since the 1800s. The problem from my perspective is that not enough of your state and federal taxes go to infrastructure and too much towards the military industrial complex.

when I was 14 me and my family were going to visit my grandma. It was extremely foggy 🌫️ that night. It was so bad we didn't know we were at a train 🚂 crossing until it came within a few feet of hitting our car. The angels 😇 pulled our car back.

At least 1 had common sense

A friend was sitting at a RR crossing, lights flashing. He couldn't see the train from either direction, so he went around the downed arms. Unfortunately for him,there was an unmarked cop car behind him. The cop gave him a ticket for running a redlight. Boy was he pissed!

At least he yielded and looked before proceeding, I'd do the same thing if I could tell the train was slow.
